So happy we went to Ray’s to pick out a new gas log set for fireplace in our new home. We spent weeks looking online ,we went to big box stores. We found exactly what we wanted, decent price, plus warranty. We also hired the installer they recommended and that went well too. Did I mention the log set is made in USA! WE are thrilled.

While it’s an older place they sure do a lot of business. They were very helpful to us in choosing and understanding our current gas fireplace. They also have a lot of other items that I wish I would have known i.e. patio furniture. Since we have a gas line by the deck, we’re going to get a gas fire pit on our deck. 🙂

My parents purchased their gas fireplace from Ray’s years and years ago. They were impressed with the service then and when I had to call and find out how to run their fireplace after 2 years of not being used – Ray Jr. was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. He got us up and running in no time and was very patient to walk me through the process over the phone. We will certainly go back to Ray Johnson’s when it is time for an upgrade!

Although I did not purchase a fire place surround this time around, I wouldn’t hesitate to return. Very friendly and extremely knowledgable staff. Plus they have a huge selection of all types of fire places including BBQ grills.

Visited their showroom to complete our outdoor kitchen and fire pit area, ended up leaving there with a set of vented gas logs for our fireplace as well. Tom and Ray Sr. answered every question we had. Highly recommend not only Fire Magic grills, but the awesome folks at Ray Johnson as well. We were told by our paver contractor that the “Fire Magic” grill is the last one we’ll ever have to buy…. Great product, great people.

5 Star. Stopped in many times during house building to ask questions about vented gas fireplaces. Tommy and Ben very helpful and patient with my many questions. When the time came to purchase, I insisted builder get fireplace from them, even though he normally used another supplier. Fireplace looks great, works great. Had a problem with remote. They resolved immediately.

We love Ray Johnson’s! We got all of our outdoor furniture there! Love it! The owners and people that work there are all very helpful!

I bought a fireplace from Ray Johnson in 2006. I was having trouble with the remote control. I took it in, Ben checked it out, tweaked it and reset it. He also explained the wiring and what should be on and off for everything to work. I followed his instructions, reinstalled the remote, and everything worked perfectly. Absolutely great customer service. I’m so glad I bought it there, and that they’re still in business.

A blessing from start to finish. I been all over looking for a thermocoupler for my gas fireplace. The technician found me the part I needed and also gave me some advice on what else to do prior to installing the part. I followed his directions and everything is working like a champ.
